Review of Rolfing/Structural Integration from my point of view (understand from the point of view of client Olga) :

When I first heard the word Rolfing, I had no idea what the word (or even its meaning) meant, but I felt the need to find out very quickly... and you, on the Internet, jumped out at me, YOU.

After the first lesson, I felt as if someone had peeled off the shell in which my body was cowering. Literally, like a butterfly flying out of its chrysalis. And after the third session, I left with the feeling that I had really grown up. Each lesson brought me a lot of new connections with my body and a more sensitive perception of it - we suddenly became partners who feel each other. But the biggest and strongest for me was the relaxation of the head, especially the mouth and nose. It was a pain in the ass, but I know it released a lot of tension in my body and I let go a lot. The reaction after this 7 lesson was intense - inflammation in the eye, enlarged nodule under the chin and a new color and cut in the hair salon. And the realization that nothing really hurts - not my back, not my shoulder, not my knee.

Another huge physical proof that something was going on came at a check-up where the doctor couldn't believe that I had grown 4 centimeters in my almost fifty years. So my feeling that I was taller was not just a feeling... Dear Andrejka, I would like to thank you very much for the way you guided me on my Rolfing journey. How you sensitively relaxed my body, unglued it, put it back together, taught it to perceive it more and give it a helping hand instead of throwing sticks under its feet...
